1. Return Period

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please provide:

- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
- A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund where appropriate.
5. Refunds
Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is caused by a defective item, shipping damage, or an incorrect shipment, we will provide an appropriate solution at our expense.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return procedure will apply.
8. Refund Refusal
